REPRODUCIBILITY

Calibration. Lab personnel have been calibrated for the HOMIM assay and subsequent analyses to ensure reproducibility between runs and between each technician.

HOMIMs of duplicate clinical samples. The figure below represents a blinded, independent study in which each of 10 samples was split from a single DNA isolation. The microbial profiles for the duplicates clustered appropriately in pairs as shown in the dendrogram at the top of the figure.
