REPRODUCIBILITY

HOMIMs of clinical samples run in duplicate. The figure below represents a blinded, independent study in which each of 10 samples was split from a single DNA isolation. The microbial profiles for the duplicates clustered appropriately in pairs as shown in the dendrogram at the top of the figure.
